| The minimum wage for the State of California for non-exempt workers as of January 1, 2025 has increased from $16 to $16.50 an hour. Accordingly, the minimum annual salary for exempt workers has increased from $66,560 to $68,640 or $5,720 per month. The minimum wage for non-exempt workers in West Hollywood has also increased from $ 19.05 to $19.65 an hour. The minimum salary for exempt workers in West Hollywood is the same as the State of California minimum salary.
