5.11.18 Reduction of Staff
The principal—in consultation with the pastor, where
applicable, and the assistant superintendent—retains the right to
eliminate teaching and administrative positions for the following
reasons:
In making personnel decisions for the reduction of staff, the principal should consider:
Curriculum and other needs of the school
Staff members' professional qualifications and teaching experience in subject areas
Performance evaluations
Record of discipline
Staff members' number of years of service to the school
Any other matters that may be pertinent
