ABSENCES
If your child is absent, please phone the office by 9:00 am at (805) 736-6210, to verify your child’s absence. If your child is absent three or more days, or was out with a contagious disease, a note from the doctor is needed for re-admittance.
Please report any absences due to illness as soon as possible. Follow the action items that are detailed in the Safe School Plan to verify that the child does or does not have a positive COVDI-19 diagnosis.
ABSENT WORK
Students will have twice the number of days absent to complete their work. Work will be available when they return to school, or by the end of the day by request. Teachers will work with a student’s parent/guardian to make arrangements for necessary work in the case of extended absence.
