Payment Timeline for the School Year
Tuition may be paid by the semester, quarterly or monthly, to SMART Tuition Management Company. Fees must be paid to secure placement for the new school year.
If you plan on paying tuition in full for the next school year, it must be paid by June 1st of the current school year.
Tuition Payment
St. Jude the Apostle School uses SMART Tuition Management Services to process tuition payments. The program provides a variety of payment options and dates (brochures and enrollment forms are available in the school office).
Tuition may be paid:
- In full due by June 1st of the current school year.
- Twice a year - due in July and April.
- Four times a year - due in July, October, February and April.
- Two monthly payment programs:
- Ten (10) months ending in April
- Eleven (11) months ending in May
- Due date options are either the 5th or the 20th of the month
Payment methods include statements or automatic charges. There is a $15.00 charge for a late payment. To avoid late or past due tuition, please contact the principal to work out other arrangements. Communication is essential, we are here to help. No student will be allowed to begin school in August with an unpaid balance (tuition or fees) from the previous school year unless there is a prior arrangement with the principal.
All tuition and fees must be paid in order for an 8th grader to participate in graduation ceremonies.
