  • Please do not make any payments to the ASP staff.  ASP payments are to be paid through FACTS or billed through the front office.
  • Frequent tardiness in picking up a student or the late payment of the ASP monthly amount may be grounds for termination of the school contract.  As a result, families may not be eligible to continue attending our After School Program.
  • In order to ensure the safety of the children, parents MUST sign the students out of ASP every day.  Please make sure to include the time of pick up.  If there is no time indicated you will be charged the maximum amount for the day.  Students MUST sign in at the beginning of ASP.
  • Athletes and other participants in extracurriculuar or enrichment activities must be actively supervised by the adult(s) in charge of that program or they will be signed into ASP.
  • Students who have been signed out of ASP (or who signed themselves out with Permission to Walk Home may not sign back into ASP that day).
  • Students and parents are asked not to linger on campus (once parents/guardians are on campus and/or students are signed out).

  • All school policies and procedures are in effect during ASP.
