Before and After School Care Program
Both before and after school care programs are supervised by the school. Call the school for registration and information about the programs.
A.M. & P.M. Supervision
Students are not allowed to run or play on primary equipment before school starts. The After School Care/ Preschool Gate serves as the Morning Entry and opens at 7:00 am. Students arriving before 7:40 am should enter the campus through this gate and go directly to the After School Care Room. Before School Care is dismissed at 7:40 a.m.
Car line supervision is from 2:50 to 3:05 p.m. (1:50-2:05 on Wednesdays) Only students participating in school-supervised activities may remain on the grounds after 3:05 p.m. Students not picked up by 3:05 p.m. will be sent to After-School Care and families will be charged accordingly. Please do not direct your child to wait for you at the lunch tables by the security gate.
EXTENDED SCHOOL DAY PROGRAMS
• The school requires an extended school day agreement with participating parents
• Archdiocesan student insurance covers students during the time of the program
• Programs under the auspices of elementary schools may only serve those students presently enrolled in the formal school program
• The school requires up-to-date family information, emergency contact, and maintains a record of arrivals, and departures
• The school may arrange with independent contractors or entities to provide extended school day programs.
