School Health Records
Every school must comply with all department of public health requirements. Every school shall have on file a health record for each student enrolled in the school. Upon a student's transfer, student health records are forwarded with the student transcript to the receiving school. Schools shall comply with all
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
rules as applicable.
