Publication of the Image, Name, Voice, or Work of a Student or Minor​​​​​​

Without the written permission of the parents/guardians of a student or minor, a location may not publish or use for noncommercial purposes the image, name, voice, or work of the student or minor. This policy includes but is not limited to publicity, exhibits, printed or electronic media, student publications, marketing, or research. The location must obtain the signature of the parents/guardians on the Parent/Guardian Release for Student or Minor (Noncommercial) (Engli​sh version and Spanish version) before any such publication or use.
