During the summer, the supply list is made available to the parents.  Students are expected to have their personal supplies on the first day of school.  Parents should check on these supplies over the year as they will need to replenish these supplies as the year progresses.

Students in grades 1 through 8 receive planners from the school. Students are responsible to keep these notebooks in good condition throughout the school year, and to record homework assignments and test dates faithfully each day.  We encourage parents to check and sign these planners each day to assure follow-through and to provide support for their child.

Since improvement and maintenance of our school is the shared responsibility of each member of the school community, students should show appropriate appreciation for school property.  At all times, they should avoid willful and unnecessary damage and unnecessary waste.  Students are liable for any and all willful damage of school property.

All textbooks, hardcover or softbound, must be covered.  The books should be covered without directly taping or adhering to any portion of them.  The student's name, grade, school year, and book title should be placed on the cover.  Any type of adhesive book cover may not be used.  Students are never permitted to write in non-consumable texts nor "doodle" on the textbook cover.  Any damage caused by uncovered books may result in the assessment of a book replacement fee.

Any defaced or damaged book covers must be replaced.  Any books that are damaged or lost by a student must be replaced at the parent's expense.

Students receive a school-issued iPad for use on school assignments.  Additionally, students may use other digital equipment in the Technology and Science Laboratories.  Inappropriate use of any digital device that causes damage to the device may result in replacement fees, payable by the parent.

Willful defacing of school property or graffiti will result in financial restitution by the parent and the possibility of student expulsion.
