Graduation is rightly celebrated to applaud the students' achievements.  Graduation specifically refers to the eighth grade and their promotion to high school.  All other levels are simply promoted to the next grade level.  In accordance with Archdiocesan recommendations, the graduation activities are reflective of an elementary school graduation process.

The eighth grade has an assigned Free Day, allowing them to use the day as they see fit.  There is a class retreat to reflect on the year and the challenges of high school.  Students participate in the school Installation Mass before graduation, followed by a junior high continental breakfast.  An awards ceremony honors the graduates for their accomplishments. The Baccalaureate Mass generally takes place at 10:00 in the morning.
