St. Martin of Tours School has adopted the SMART Tuition Management Program for tuition collection. The SMART enrollment form was sent to you during the summer. There are various options available to you to make tuition payments. If you pay in full by check or money order before August 15, directly to the school, you do not need to complete the SMART enrollment form. Otherwise, all families must enroll with SMART Tuition.
The cost of the program is $50.00 per year, per family. This amount will be added to your tuition unless you make payment in full by August 15.
In accordance with school policy, a late payment will result in a charge, which will be assessed to your account if any payment is not received within 10 days from the payment due date. Tuition deposits, fees, and paid tuition are non-refundable.
All families, except those that will make payment in advance, are required to participate in the SMART program. All SMART tuition accounts must be set up as automatic deductions from your banking or credit card accounts. Questions about the SMART program can be directed to the school office or to SMART at 1-800-SMART-03. Delinquent tuition accounts will be sent to collection.
St. Martin of Tours is a Catholic parish school; therefore, there is a discounted rate for the children of parishioners. Parishioners are registered members of this parish who actively participate in weekly Sunday Mass, involve themselves in the activities of the parish by attending functions, volunteer for committees or events, take an active part in parish groups, and contribute a minimum of $1,000 per year. At least one adult and child must be Roman Catholic to qualify for the "support of parish" tuition rate. Families who wish to receive the "support of parish" tuition rate must pay in full or enroll in the electronic transfer program by August 15.
The school reserves the right to do any of the following with regard to the payment of past due accounts:
1. Withhold report cards and yearbooks
2. Deny a student enrollment for the following trimester
3. Deny a graduating student participation in graduation
ceremonies and/or withhold a diploma
4. Dismiss a student from school at once
