Fundraising Requirements
Every family is required to participate in four mandatory fundraisers each year, or in lieu of fundraising a family can donate the amount as specified by the school. Fundraising is provided as a service to our school families in order to supplement tuition rates. Fundraising family requirements are established each year. Each family also has the option of breaking down their fundraising requirements and including it into their monthly tuition payments. In this case, please notify the bookkeeper directly via email.
Service Hour Requirements
During the school year each family is expected to donate service to the school and parish. The family goal is 40 service hours per school year (20 per semester). There will be no carry-overs from one semester to the next unless arrangements have been made by the principal. In lieu of service hours, a family may pay $20.00 per hour or $800.00 for the year. A single parent/guardian may request a reduction in service hours to 10 hours per semester. This request must be made in writing to the principal at the beginning of each school year. The Service Hour Booklets must be completed and returned to the School Office by the deadline.
Unexcused tardies may result in an increase of Parent Service Hours. These service hours must also be completed by the December and May deadlines.
