Section 6-02 – School Field Trips and Excursions

Bishop Alemany High School will offer field trips that supplement and enhance the learning experience of our students based on interest, opportunity, and impact.  These can also include visits to college campuses for student experience and evaluation.  In the event a field trip includes an overnight stay, any student who has been on STRICT PROBATION during the previous twelve months will not be eligible to attend the field trip.  Any student who is placed on STRICT PROBATION after registering for an overnight field trip will not be allowed to participate and any monies paid toward the trip will be forfeited.

Non-Sponsored Student Trips​​

Parents/guardians should be warned that there are several companies that arrange field trips that are neither sponsored nor supervised by Bishop Alemany High School.  Parents/guardians are encouraged NOT TO send their students on any of these excursions.  We want to make it very clear that Bishop Alemany is not responsible for your child's safety or conduct should your student participate in one of these activities.  In addition, Bishop Alemany High School is NOT financially responsible for any monies lost.
