Tuition payments are now made to FACTS Tuition Management Services and may be paid in full by August or paid in 12 monthly installments beginning in June and continuing on a monthly basis.  A late charge of $30.00 is assessed by FACTS to families whose tuition is not received by the dates specified by FACTS Tuition.  Prompt payments are appreciated and save billing expenses.  Unexplained delinquencies over 60 days will necessitate your child being dropped from class.  After three (3) payments of insufficient funds have been received, future payments must be made by cash, cashier’s check or money order directly to the school.  All tuition payments must be settled by the end of May each year.  Tuition rates are determined by the principal and pastor for the upcoming school year and communicated to parents at the mandatory parent meeting held in January of each year​.  In order to receive the Parishioner Tuition rate, you must be a contributing member for at least one year and have donated at least $1,000 to the Church, the calendar prior to receiving the discount tuition as shown through consistent weekly use of St. Timothy Parish Sunday envelopes or payments set-up through the St. Timothy Church​. If not, tuition will increase to the non-parish rate.  There is a $30.00 charge for any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.​
