STANDARDS
FOR PARTICIPATION IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Students who
wish to be members of an extracurricular activity conducted under school
sponsorship must maintain an “S” average in conduct and effort and a “C-” in
each academic subject. An exception may be made for one “D” earned in a subject
area where satisfactory effort has been documented.
A student’s
eligibility is determined by checking his/her report card and/or progress
reports. A student not meeting required grades at these times is ineligible
until the next established progress check. The last report card of the school
year determines student eligibility for sports begun during the summer months
and continuing in September.
