Registration Fee per student $250  

Each Family: PTO Membership & Mandatory Fundraising Fee: $700  ​

Additional Requirements/Information  

 

Each family is required to volunteer 30 hours of service. Each hour that is not fulfilled will be charged to the family at a rate of $30/hour, or a total of $900 for the year.

All families must work 3 assigned shifts of 3 hours per shift per family at the Family Fun Days Carnival and two Bingo shifts of 5 hours per shift. There are assessment fees for missed shifts for FFD Carnival & Bingo which are explained below.  

Each family is required to meet the $CRIP Program commitment of $250.00 per family. Please see below for further details.  

7th grade fee of $100.00 and 8th grade fee of $175.00 is due in January.  

7th grade fee: Each year the Seventh Grade sponsors a tribute in June for the Eighth Grade Graduates. This tribute includes decorating the auditorium, fundraising and putting together a continental breakfast, and a play written by the Seventh Grade for their Eighth grade friends. This fee is to help defray the costs of the event.  

8th grade fee: This fee is an advance payment for the cap and gown, diploma, class graduation picture, retreat and end of year trip.  

BINGO  

It is each family’s responsibility to ensure that their Bingo obligation is fulfilled. You may trade shifts with another OLL family OR hire a substitute(names of approved people will be provided by the office) if you are unable to work your assigned shift. It is not the responsibility of the Bingo Manager to find a substitute for you. A $250 penalty will be assessed to the originally scheduled family for any missed shift (5 hours per shift) for a total of $500 if you miss both shifts. Payment is due 10 days from the date of the School generated invoice. Shifts can be fulfilled as early as the summer before the school year starts up until the Monday before May 31st. Hours need to be turned in as it occurs or no later than the 2 hard submission deadlines of Dec. (before Christmas break) and May 31st.  

Family Fun Days  

Each family is required to work (3) three hour shifts per family at the Family Fun Days Carnival. The penalty for missing a FFD shift is a minimum of $300 per shift missed or a total of $900 for all shifts missed. The actual penalty fee is based on the Family Fun Day’s net profit. Payment is due 10 days from the date of the School generated invoice.  

PTO General Meetings  

Each family is to have a minimum of one parent present for the Quarterly Parent-Teacher Organization General Meetings. These meetings are held in September, November, February, and May. A fee of $100.00 will be assessed for each meeting not in attendance.  

S​CRIP Program  

Each Family is to meet the Scrip Program commitment of $250 in rebates. This can be accomplished in the following ways:  

1. Purchasing gift cards in the office for Vons, Smart & Final, Starbucks, Chevron, and Shell 2. Log on to SCRIPSENSE and purchase ecards  

3. Pay the flat $250 fee directly to the school  

 

Tuition Agreement:  

Current families must sign the Tuition Agreement form along with the $250 registration fee no later than March 30th to guarantee the seat. After March 30th, the fee increases to $350 per child. If the contract is not returned to the School by this date the student’s space may be offered to another applicant.  

 

Tuition Agreement – Cancellation  

The School must be notified in writing, postmarked no later than July 31st for cancellation of the agreement and its obligations. A letter must be sent to the Principal of the School with a copy to the Finance Office specifically stating the intent to withdraw the student. After July 31st, cancellation carries the obligation to pay all fees and tuition. As stated in the enrollment agreement, the obligation becomes fixed and irrevocable. The School contracts with faculty members in the spring for the following year, and the School’s obligation is fixed and irrevocable.
