Before and After School Care
Extended Day Programs
- The school requires an extended school day agreement with participating parents/guardians
- Archdiocesan student insurance covers students during the time of the program
- Programs under the auspices of elementary schools may only serve those students presently enrolled in the formal school program
- The school requires up-to-date family information and emergency contact, and maintains a record of arrivals, and departures
- The school may arrange with independent contractors or entities to provide extended school day programs
Students enrolled at Saint Mary School in grades TK-8 are eligible to participate in the Extended Care Program. Extended Care is provided from 6:30 – 7:30 AM, from 3:15 – 5:30 PM on regular school days, from 12:15 – 5:30 PM on minimum school days, and 2:00 – 5:30 PM on curriculum planning days. Information, enrollment, and regular fees and registration forms are available at the beginning of the school year. Students who are not picked up by 3:15 PM on a regular school day and 2:00 PM on a curriculum day report to Extended Care; families will be billed for the service. Children who are not picked up at the end of after-school activities will report to Extended Care and families will be billed for the service.
