COUNSELING ON CAMPUS

St. Elizabeth School has partnered with Counseling Partners of L. A. for onsite counseling for our students.

Below is information for the counselors and the forms required if you would like your son/daughter to meet with a counselor. The forms are to be completed annually.

Our Counseling Referral Request link will be accessible to the school admin/staff/teachers, parents and students! 

A verbal request is okay, as this form is not mandatory.

The counselor will then follow-up by obtaining additional information from the person who submitted the referral request.

The counselors will manage scheduling with the parent/student for their counseling sessions--being mindful of each teacher's class time and the school hours.

Our counselors will conduct sessions via in-person or, if ever needed, telehealth via Zoom. They will use Google Meet as a backup in case there are any server issues.
