Field Trips
Each field trip requires its own digital permission form signed by a parent/guardian available on Edlio. No student will be permitted to go on a field trip, unless a permission slip, signed by a parent/guardian, has been returned to the school. A separate permission slip must be returned to the school for every field trip. Permission for a field trip may not be given verbally. The administration must be notified in the event a student is unable to attend a field trip. Appropriate chaperones will be chosen by teachers at their discretion. No parent/guardian is permitted to show up at the field trip location if not chosen as a chaperone. Doing so will result in the parent/guardian and their child being asked to leave the field trip immediately and possibly negate the child from participation in future field trips. Field Trip FeeA fee is assessed for class field trips to cover the cost of the trip including transportation. Financial aid is available for any family who might qualify.
