Costs/Fees

Emergency/Disaster

The emergency/disaster fee is non-refundable, and must accompany the registration documents that are submitted to the school. The fee covers the costs of replacing perishable items (food and water) and medical supplies that might be needed during an emergency.  It also covers crisis management programs and professional development (CPR, First Aid, AED, Active Shooter training).

Field Trip

A fee is assessed for class field trips to cover the cost of the trip including transportation. Financial aid is available for any family who might qualify.

Fundraising Goal Requirement

Tuition alone does not cover the operational expenses of the school. Therefore, each family is assessed a fundraising goal to cover the difference. The goal is set in the spring for the following year. The money raised to meet the fundraising requirement covers, in part, programs such as Art, Spanish, Guidance Counseling, and other co-curricular programs. The fundraising requirement is set at $600.00.

Graduation

A graduation fee for 8th grade students is assessed in the spring of their 8th grade year. The fee covers the costs of the graduation and graduation breakfast.

JK/Kindergarten/Transfer Testing

A fee is assessed for the testing/screening of new students who wish to enter Visitation. The fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of testing.

Registration

The registration fee is non-refundable and must accompany the registration documents submitted to the school. The fee covers office administrative costs, student insurances (general, liability and accident), and archdiocesan fee assessments.

Returned checks

There is a $12.00 fee for returned checks.

Room Parents

A nominal room parent fee is included in the annual tuition to cover some of the costs of classroom celebrations.

Sacramental Preparation (Parish)

No fees are assessed by the parish to cover the cost of materials for the preparation program for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion.

Sports

Students participating in CYO/FIYA sports are assessed a fee to cover the costs of the sport, including uniforms and equipment, game fees, insurances, facility fees and referees.
