Family Agreement 

1. I agree to follow the Christian Code of Conduct for Families set forth by the Archdiocese, and understand that I may be asked to withdraw if I do follow the guidelines. 

2. I agree to the terms set forth in the Our Lady of Loretto School Family Handbook 

3. I agree to pay Tuition, Fundraising Fees, and any other fees On-time, and recognize that there may be a penalty for not meeting the deadline 

4. I agree to attend all Sunday Family Masses and understand that missing Mass can affect my child’s grade. Excessive Family Mass absences may result in an extra fee

5. I agree to be an active participant for my child’s Food Sale Mass. I understand that that if I do not participate, a $40 non-participation fee will occur 

6. I agree to fulfill my service hour/ Gift Card requirement. There will be $10 fee for every hour not served 

7. I agree to bring my child to school on-time. The school day starts at 7:50a, students are considered tardy after 8:00a. Excessive tardiness will result in an extra fee, and understand that excessive tardiness may affect my child’s grades 

8. I understand that excessive absences may affect my child’s grades and ability to promote to the next grade level 

9. I agree to pick up my child on time from school. I understand that if I do not pick up my child 15 minutes after dismissal that they will be charged a daycare fee. 

10. (For 8th Grade Families) I agree to purchase a yearbook. And understand that there will be an extra fee for a dedication page 

11. (For 7th Grade Families) I agree to purchase a yearbook and sponsor the 8th grade breakfast.
