In the mornings, you may park in the lower quad; however, you must vacate the yard by 8:00 am, so we may close the gate and attend to the children. All students that arrive before 7:45a will wait in the hall until morning assembly. No parents in any grade will be allowed to walk their child to class, unless they have cleared it with their teacher and the principal. Children who arrive after 8:05a will be marked as tardy. 

​Parents that arrive after we have closed the lower quad will need to park their car in a designated spot, and walk their child to the office. 

During dismissal, all students will wait in the upper quad until 3:15, if the child is still on campus he/she will go directly to daycare and the fee for the day will be added. If your child is in TK – 2nd grade you must pick them up from the teacher in the upper quad, unless he/she is allowed to leave with an older sibling or family member who attends the Our Lady of Loretto school. 

You may not remain on the school premises accompanying your child until school begins, unless you have a scheduled meeting. 

School arrivals will be supervised by an authorized adult person, (7:00 a.m.- 7:50 a.m.) Dismissals will not require supervision since children must be picked up upon dismissal.  Children who remain on school premises after 3:15 p.m. will be placed in Extended Daycare and a fee of $7.00 flat rate will be charged per child.  Records of unpaid fee will be kept in the office and added to the monthly tuition if not paid immediately.
