PARENT CHRISTIAN SERVICE HOURS AND FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENTS
CHRISTIAN SERVICE HOURS (Rendered by Parents)
A. One (1) Child- 40 Hours or $400.00
B. Two Children or More- 80 Hours or $800.00
In lieu of service hours, supplies are donated or converted to a cash amount of $5.00 per hour. Thus, 25 hours is equivalent to $120.00 or 45 hours being equivalent to 225.00. One half of the total equivalent should have been rendered by parents at the end of the first semester.
SERVICE HOURS for MORE PARENT-INVOLVEMENT
Chaperoning during field trips (8 hours)
Teacher-designated tasks done at home e.g. cutting, outlining, (1-2 hours)
Photocopying Supplemental Activity Sheets outside school (1 sheet = 1 min.)
Sending necessary supplies as requested by Principal’s Office through the bulletin announcements sent through the Friday Family Envelop
Setting up/ Clean up during School events: Back to School Night, Harvest Fest, Walk-a-thon, Sto. Nino, BBQ Family & others.
Saturday chaperoning at sports games with water bottles, etc.
Below are some ways you may earn service hours throughout the year.
Sunday Food Sales
We are always looking for volunteers to help cook and serve at our Family Sunday Food Sales once a Month.
We are also looking for monetary or food donations
Chaperone Field Trips
Throughout the year, parents may help chaperone field trips to earn service hours
Donating Office Supplies
These are items that are needed throughout the school year that can be used for Service hours. You may bring your items to the front office.

Volunteer at Recess and Lunch
We are always in need of some extra adults to help watch the students at recess and lunch time
If you are interested you will need to be Fingerprinted and VIRTUS certified.
