Every parent will be given access to the internal parent website, SchoolSpeak. This is the main on-line communications tool used between faculty members and parents. Once logged in, parents will have access to the school calendar, signups for all volunteer opportunities, athletic news, service hour tracking and their child(ren)’s teacher pages. Details about all school events are posted daily so parents need to check on a regular basis. All faculty and Parent Teacher Board members can be emailed directly through SchoolSpeak. The ability to translate most bulletins, announcements, forms and calendars into other languages is available through Google Translate.

Parent Meetings & Curriculum Night

There are two parent meetings held during the school year. These meetings are mandatory and at least one parent must attend both these meetings. The first meeting in the fall is followed by Curriculum Night. This gives parents the opportunity to visit the classroom and hear teachers explain policies, procedures and curriculum. It is the responsibility of the parent to be informed about his/her child’s progress. 

If at least one parent fails to attend these meetings that are mandatory, a no-show fee of $50 per student will be billed via FACTS.
