Formal parent/teacher conferences are arranged twice throughout the school year to review student progress and standardized test results. Each homeroom teacher is responsible for arranging meeting times with the classroom parents. Parents, please be advised that the 1st Parent/Teacher Conference of the year, typically scheduled at the conclusion of Trimester 1, is considered mandatory. If you are unable to attend, or would like to opt-out, we ask that you submit your response in writing via email, and CC the Principal.
In addition, if a parent would like to set-up an informal conference with the homeroom teacher, the parent may request it directly with the teacher who should also respond in a timely manner. If parents are not satisfied with the response or would like further follow-up, they should make an appointment to meet with the Principal. The goal is always to unite our efforts so that students can continue to grow in body, mind, and spirit.
