Make-Up Work for Absences
Students are responsible for work missed due to absenteeism or tardiness. Arrangements must be made, at the convenience of the teacher, upon return to make up any work missed. This is the sole responsibility of the student.
Requests for Homework
Parents may request that homework be sent home for an absent student. Requests must be made before 10:00 am. Oftentimes, however; absent work requires direct and explicit instruction from the teacher in order for the student to properly fulfill the assignment. Each teacher will review the homework and make up work policies in class with the students and at Back to School Night for the parents.
