Past-Due Tuition and Other Obligations

We appreciate your trust in allowing us to serve your family in the spiritual, academic and physical development of your child(ren). Together we are dedicated to your child(ren) and to the Christ-centered vision of our school.

We are aware that in today’s educational environment a school must be financially stable as well as academically excellent. In order to ensure our financial stability, it has become necessary to implement the following policy: once a family has become one (1) collection date behind on tuition and/or day care or other obligations, your child(ren) may not attend school and/or day care until you have made arrangements for payment.

In addition, the school has the right to withhold certificates of honor, report cards, field trips and other privileges throughout the school year, until said obligations have been met. If accounts are not in good standing by the final week of school, report cards and other awards will be held until balances have been paid. Unresolved and unpaid balances will be sent to FACTS and automatically withdrawn before the end of June.
