Topic 6-12-04 – Athletic Medical Clearance
As many students as possible are encouraged to participate in the athletic program. All athletes are required to have a physical exam before they can try out for a sport, as mandated by CIF. All physicals are good for one year from the date of exam.
All athletes must have an Appryse Account to participate in athletics. To set up an Appryse Account, please visit www.alemany.org – Click on “Student Life" → “Athletics" → Drop down to "Student-Athlete Wellness" for information regarding Appryse Account & Sports Physicals.
