​​Publications, Photography, and Media Release

Bishop Montgomery High School may, from time to time, publish photographs, videos, student work, academic achievements, athletic accomplishments, and other school-related activities through school publications, marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, news media, and other forms of communication.

Parents and guardians will be asked to indicate their consent regarding the use of their student's name, image, likeness, and work through the Authorizations section of Parent Data Confirmation in Aeries.

Families should be aware that information published on the internet, including the school's website and social media platforms, may be viewed, copied, downloaded, shared, or redistributed by individuals outside of the school's control. While Bishop Montgomery takes reasonable precautions in the use of student information and images, the school cannot guarantee or control how materials posted online may be used by third parties.

Authorization for the use of a student's name, image, likeness, or work will remain in effect for the duration of the student's enrollment at Bishop Montgomery High School unless withdrawn in writing by the parent or guardian. Requests to modify or revoke a previously granted authorization must be submitted in writing to the school administration.

By granting authorization through Aeries, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept that their child's name, work, photograph, and/or image may be included and posted in school-related print or digital materials.
