Every school must comply with all department of public health requirements. Every school shall have on file a health record for each student enrolled in the school. Upon a student's transfer, student health records are forwarded with the student transcript to the receiving school. Schools shall comply with applicable Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act rules if they are recipients of certain funds from the U.,S. Department of Education.
