Children are not allowed to leave the school grounds when school is in session including lunch and recess unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, or an adult that is authorized and identified by the parents on the emergency information forms.
- If a child is to be picked up during school hours, the parent or guardian must go to the school office (not the classroom) and complete the Dismissal Log including a signature, time and date. The office staff will call or collect the child from the classroom.
- If someone other than the parent or legal guardian is picking up the child, parents/legal guardians must speak to office staff prior to pick-up, and must present a signed, dated note from the parent or guardian before the child will be released.
