Students are required to have their CSHM student issued identification card with them at all times while on campus and while at campus supported events. If a student is found without thier CSHM ID at any time while on campus or at a campus sponsored event, they are subject to disciplinary action. If a student loses their CSHM ID they must immediately notify the Dean to replace it for a $10 fee.
