Scheduled
conferences are held at the end of the first report card period.
All parents are expected to attend these conferences. Parent-teacher
conferences are recommended any time a parent or teacher recognizes a need.
Informal contact by note, phone or visit is welcomed with the reminder that
arrangements should be made in advance for a visit with the teacher.
Parents are encouraged to contact teachers regarding a child's spiritual, academic, disciplinary or social progress at times other than the yearly scheduled conference. If there is a question regarding a classroom situation, please discuss it with your child's teacher first. If there is a question regarding school policy, please contact the principal. To schedule an appointment, it is best to email your child's teacher. Please do not try to talk to teachers after the morning bell has rung. Their duty at that point is to the children!
