Instructional Program
Each high school is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a program of instruction, curriculum, and assessment to meet the needs of its students. A curriculum committee of department chairpersons and other appropriate school personnel is advisory to the administration in instruction, curriculum and assessment matters.
The instructional program must be consistent with the:
Philosophy and goals of the school as a ministry of the Catholic church
Framework of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops
Policy of the archdiocese
Requirements of the University of California system, California State University system, and state curriculum, consistent with the Catholic philosophy of education
