Locations are responsible for the use, maintenance, and construction of all buildings and land, and must collaborate, as applicable, with the regional auxiliary bishop (or episcopal vicar, where applicable), Office of the CFO, Construction Department, Real Estate Department, Office for Worship, and Department of Catholic Schools as indicated below in the following matters:
Use of the property by any outside parties, including events, filming, leases, and rentals
Maintenance and care of facilities
Remodeling, renovation, refurbishment, expansion, demolition, and any new construction of any facilities
