​Locations are responsible for the use, maintenance, and construction of all buildings and land, and must collaborate, as applicable, with the regional auxiliary bishop (or episcopal vicar, where applicable), Office of the CFO, Construction Department, Real Estate Department, Office for Worship, and Department of Catholic Schools as indicated below in the following matters:

This chapter provides guidance on archdiocesan policies and procedures involving the use, maintenance, and construction of facilities at all locations. In addition, this chapter's resources include required forms, helpful samples, and other information.​
