7.3.8 Inspection Reports
When a location is notified of a fire, health, building, zoning, and other property-related code violation, the violation is to receive immediate attention. Many of these violations are concerned with the "general housekeeping" of the plant and can be remedied readily. In case of any such violations, the person in charge at the location should immediately notify the
Real Estate Department,
Construction Department,
Department of Catholic Schools, Cemeteries and Mortuaries, and/or the
Office of the Legal Counsel, as appropriate.
