PHOTO-VIDEO RELEASE
The parent's signature on the “Agreement" form of this Handbook each year signifies your agreement for your child(ren) to be photographed and/or videotaped at SPBS, and indicates your consent, agreement and knowledge that the photo/video of your child may be published in the newspaper, a magazine, the school Yearbook, uploaded on the World Wide Web, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or in any other print/digital publication. The photo/video of your child may be used for educational, promotional or informational purposes, regarding the programs or curriculum at SPBS, on the school/parish website, in the parish bulletin, and/or in the school's newsletters/publications or in any other published format. SPBS will make every effort not to publish the last names of students. In addition, SPBS and SPB parish use digital video surveillance as a security/safety precaution. All persons entering the school will be videotaped by this system and also while in the church and/or on the campus.
