PRESCHOOL TUITION
Our preschool follows the school's academic calendar including all vacation periods as published on the school website calendar. Tuition is based on 180 days of services.
Preschool Program Options Annual Rates
5 Full Days $11,170 per student
Monday – Thursday from 8:30 am – 3 pm
Friday from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
3 Full Days $6,695 per student
Monday & Wednesday from 8:30 am – 3 pm
Friday from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
2 Full Days $4,470 per student
Tuesday & Thursday from 8:30 am – 3pm
Preschool After-School Care Options
Annual rate for regular after-school care until 6 pm $2,700 per student
Drop-in rate for occasional extended services until 6pm $27/day per student
TK - 8 TUITION
TK-8 Tuition $ 10,360 per student
Active Parishioner Rate $ 7,930 per student
ACTIVE PARISHIONER RATE EXPECTATIONS: Our Lady of Grace is a parish school. People who participate in the spiritual and service life of the Church and who actively support the Church have a primary claim on the school and deserve a rate that reflects their commitment. To qualify for the Active Parishioner Rate, a family must 1) be registered at our parish, 2) actively contribute to the parish via PushPay, 3) log 26 Sunday Masses during the school year with Faith Direct Mass coupons, and 4) participate in the faith-life of the parish. PRESCHOOL - 8TH GRADE GENERAL FEES
All fees are non-refundable.
General Fees Amount
New Student Application Fee $200 per student (includes testing fee)
New Student Emergency Fee $20 per student
Registration Fee $850 for the first student / $700 each additional child (this fee includes some materials, a leased iPad & protective cover for each student in K - 8, and one yearbook per family)
Middle School Fees
- Locker Fee – Middle School $30 paid with tuition
Premium Field Trips- Outdoor School – Sixth Grade $550 paid with tuition before trip
- Catalina Island Marine Institute – Seventh Grade $550 paid with tuition before trip
- Graduation Fee – Eighth Grade $800 paid with tuition (includes dinner-dance)
Our Lady of Grace School offers a wide array of after school extra-curricular and enrichment programs.
Fees and schedules vary and are determined by the provider.

Before and after school care is available for an additional charge. Rates are published separately on the school website.
Credit & Debit Card Payments
Families are offered the convenience of online credit and debit card payment processing for non-tuition payments. These payments carry a 3.75% service fee, which is subject to change without notice.
Tuition Payment Plan Options
Tuition, day care, and other mandated fees are to be paid by an automatic debit from a checking or savings account through FACTS Tuition. A credit card payment option is available through FACTS with a 3.5% service fee, which may change without notice. FACTS charges an annual enrollment fee of $55. 11 Monthly Payments – July 2026 – May 2027: TK-8 Tuition $ 941.82 per month
Parishioner Rate $ 720.91 per month
10 Monthly Payments – August 2026 – May 2027: TK-8 Tuition $ 1,036.00 per month
Parishioner Rate $ 793.00 per month
