Grade Reporting
The school calendar indicates when report cards and progress reports are issued. Grades and assignments are available via Gradelink for grades 3-8.
Report Cards
Report cards are issued at the end of each trimester for students in grades K-8. Technology reports, as applicable, are sent home with report cards. Only the grades printed on the trimester report cards are transferred to the student’s permanent record. A report card for the trimester may be withheld after a total of five (5) unexcused absences.
Progress Reports
Mid-trimester progress reports are sent home to all students in grades 1-8. Progress reports may also be sent home as needed for students in grades K-8. Report cards and progress reports must be reviewed by parents, signed, and promptly returned to school. While progress report grades are not part of the student’s permanent record, these grades should be taken seriously. Any questions regarding student progress should be directed to the teacher.
