Conduct/Citizenship Grades

Homeroom teachers give marks for behavior and work habits.

This scale is used for conduct/behavior grades:

O = Outstanding

S = Satisfactory

+ = Area of Strength

G = Good

NI = Needs Improvement

√ = Area of Improvement

In order to be considered for the Honor Roll students must have behavior and work habits grades of “G” or better (this includes Art, P.E., Music, Computer, and playground behavior). Students must not have any NI or NP marks in any subject.

Students who receive a Student Behavior Report, a detention. repeated warnings and corrections are all likely to receive NI marks for behavior on their report cards.

Students with an "NI" mark for behavior for two consecutive trimesters may be placed on behavior contracts by the principal.
