A student may not leave the school before the regular dismissal time without a written request from a parent or guardian. The request must state the reason for early dismissal. Parents sign out their child from the office. If the student is in grades 1-5, a school staff member will get the child from the classroom. Without prior written communication, classwork and homework may not be available at the time of early leave. Junior high students are required to notify all teachers of their early leave.
