COMMUNICATION
Students are responsible for bringing home all communication from the school to his/her parents. We ask parents to make certain that all communications are read carefully. Parents are responsible for keeping their email and contact information up to date on file in the office and on Gradelink. Parents are responsible for logging into their Gradelink account on a weekly basis to check student progress and as well as classroom and school-wide updates.
Anyone wishing to send home or posting a flyer for any activity must have it approved and initialed by the principal before distribution. ENVELOPES ADDRESSED TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE CONSIDERED CONFIDENTIAL AND SHOULD NOT BE OPENED BY STUDENTS. Please teach your child to be respectful of this practice.
The school relies primarily upon e-mail, the weekly agenda, Gradelink, bi-monthly Trumpet newsletter, and the school website to convey information to parents.
