Technology Agreement 


When using the School iPads and Chromebooks, I will be….. 


Responsible 

  • Only use the applications that my teachers have instructed me to use 

  • Take care of the iPad and the corresponding charger 

    • Be gentle with the device 

    • No food or drinks near the device 

    • Be gentle with the charger and don't lose it 

      • You are responsible for replacing the charger if it is lost 

Respectful 

  • Only use the device at an appropriate time 

  • Will not let the device distract my learning 

  • Will not use the device to record or take pictures of others without their permission or the permission of their parents 

  • Will listen to the teacher about when to use the device 

  • Will use respectful language while using the device 


Safe 

  • Will not search for inappropriate things on the device 

  • Will not use inappropriate language on the device 

  • I report if I see something inappropriate on my device 



I understand that using the device is a privilege and not a right 

  • If I choose not to follow the above expectations, I will lose the ability to use my device
