St. Brendan School is committed to continuously improving the safety and security of our school campus for all students, staff and visitors. Through this effort, St. Brendan School has partnered with Centegix to implement their CrisisAlert platform. 

The Centegix CrisisAlert platform is an incident alert solution that empowers all teachers and staff members to request help with the push of a button from a wearable device. The system provides the ability for all staff members to immediately communicate to building and first responders their precise location to allow for a faster response based upon the alert communicated. The Centegix CrisisAlert platform is unique for its ability to deliver alert location accuracy, total campus coverage, and immediate audio and visual notification, all with the simple push of a button.

Our staff will use the badge for everything from requesting help for events such as medical emergencies or student altercations, to initiating a building lockdown in the event of a direct campus threat.

The Centegix CrisisAlert platform provides coverage both inside and outside of our school buildings, including parking lots and athletic fields, walking to/from St. Brendan Church, and while inside the church. No matter where the emergency is on our school campus or parish church, a staff member can trigger an alert with the push of a button.

• Exact floor- and room-level location of the alert is delivered to responders on a digital map of the campus, displaying where help is needed
• In the event of a campus-wide emergency, full audio and visual notifications immediately communicate to inform everyone for campus-wide alerts via flashing strobes, screen takeover, and intercom messages
• Full campus coverage—the wearable badge works inside and outside buildings, including parking lots, athletic fields, walking to/from church, inside the church, etc.
