​​Before School Policy

Formal supervision is provided beginning at 7:30 a.m. The school assumes no responsibility for students left before 7:30 a.m., therefore, students should be dropped off after 7:30 a.m.

After School Policies and Procedures

After school care is provided from 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11:45 .a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Friday. ​Lunch must be provided for your child/children if they come on early dismissal days.

• Registration Fee Per Child: $25 (onetime fee)
• Monthly basis:  1 Child - $225; 2 Children - $270; 3 Children - $350
• Hourly Basis: $12 per hour (for any part of the hour, i.e. 15 mins)
• Late Fee: $15 (for any part of the hour, if the student is picked up late)
• All After School Program payments will be processed by FACTS
• Payment for monthly basis will be prepaid at the first of each month
• Hourly basis fee will be billed at the beginning of the following month
• Monthly basis changes must be made before the 1^st of the month
• Families may switch between hourly and monthly three times only per school year. Payment for the change is as follows:
  
• First change: no charge
  
• Second change: $50
  
• Third change: $75
• ​​August and June will be billed on an hourly basis

Children may not remain after school unless they are participating in an adult-supervised activity.  At 3:20 p.m. all remaining students not participating in a sport or extracurricular activity will be brought to the After School Program. If this happens on more than three occasions your child/children will be enrolled in the After School Program.
