Associated Student Body (ASB/Student Government) Elections
Student Government elections are conducted annually and are designed to provide students with an opportunity to participate in a fair and democratic leadership process. Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements, including academic and disciplinary standards, and complete all application materials by the established deadlines.
Campaigning may only take place during the designated campaign period and must adhere to all election guidelines established by the Activities Office. Campaigns should be positive in nature and focus on the candidate's qualifications, goals, and leadership abilities. The use of social media or unauthorized campaign materials is prohibited.
Voting is conducted electronically using student school-issued accounts. Students may vote only once, and election results are determined by a simple majority of votes cast. Election results are certified by the Activities Office and announced following the conclusion of the election process. Additional election procedures and timelines are published annually by the Activities Office.
