ASB Officers and Terms of Office

Bishop Montgomery's Associated Student Body (ASB) is led by elected student officers who represent the interests of the student body, promote school spirit, and assist in planning and implementing student activities and programs. Student Government service is a year-long leadership commitment that requires active participation, regular attendance at meetings and events, and adherence to academic and behavioral standards.

ASB positions include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Publicity, Commissioners, and other leadership roles as determined by the Activities Office. Officer responsibilities vary by position and may include event planning, communications, service initiatives, athletic and club support, elections, school spirit activities, and collaboration with Campus Ministry and school administration.

Officers serve one-year terms and are expected to maintain eligibility requirements throughout their term of office. Students who fail to meet academic, attendance, conduct, or participation expectations may be subject to probation, removal from office, or other disciplinary action in accordance with Student Government policies.
