Students who are tardy or late more than 3 times per school year, are considered habitually late or absent and may be reported to the Truancy Officer according to the law of the State of California. A student may not be entitled to receive a report card for any quarter in which he/she has been absent from school for 11 days or more and may be not be promoted at the end of the school year or required to attend summer school.
