Tuition may be paid in full before the new school year; families may elect to participate in the FACTS monthly tuition collection program; or may elect to use a credit card to pay tuition through FACTS. FACTS uses an automatic withdrawal system from the family's designated bank account or credit card for tuition payments. The tuition is collected on a monthly basis for 10 months during each school year, in ten equal installments. There is a nominal fee to participate in the FACTS program. Unpaid tuition may be referred to an outside collection agency, only if all other avenues of communication and or collection of monies owed have been exhausted by the school, at the discretion of the Principal. Interest will be applied to late payments to the school.
 
FACTS is utilized by SPBS to all bill families for incidental expenses, such as Extended Care, School Fees, Athletics, etc.  Therefore, all families are expected to sign up for a FACTS Tuition Management Account, even if planning to pay their tuition in full before school begins in August.

No student will be permitted to begin classes in the fall, unless all financial and volunteer obligations from the prior year have been met and full Registration Fees paid, or special arrangements have been made with the Principal. We expect that all tuition and fee payments will be made on time during the academic year. Late payments will be subject to an interest charge by SPBS. All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee charge by SPBS.​
