Conditional Re-registration/Conditional Acceptance

If a student in grades K-7 has an academic, behavior, an/or social emotional contract in place during the current school year, the principal, teachers, parents, and students must all sign the contract and all parties will be held accountable for meeting the terms of the agreement. If a contract has been put in place and the contract is breached, or expectations are not met by the student and parents, this may be grounds for dismissal and parents may not be able to re-register their child for the following school year, or they will have a registration hold put on their account until the student returns to good standing in all these areas. All families must put in a concerted effort to work closely together with the faculty and staff to ensure their children’s success at St. Anthony of Padua School.

Parents and Guardians of SAP students must understand and acknowledge that SAP employees are not trained or equipped to handle the emotional and physical requirements of children that require one-on-one individualized attention, as exclusively determined by SAP staff. As such, SAP school can refuse to provide child supervision services based on the a child's special needs or based on the amount of children that are being supervised at any given time.

Parents and Guardians should understand that SAP employees must be able to contact them at any time, if the school requests that the child is removed from SAP's temporary custody during the school day if a child is disruptive, affects instruction for the majority of studnets in a class, or puts others in harm's way.
